Job Description

This role is unique, not least as it’s driving all digital output across P&O, but the capability and scope of our relationship spans everything from Paid, CRM, SEO, Data Science, Analytics & Content creation drawing on the specialisms from across the group acting as a high growth (PO1) Power of One within Publicis Groupe.

We are looking for a talented individual who has 5+ years’ experience in delivering excellence across digital strategy, implementation, and operations and comfortable talking across Paid, Owned and Earned channels.

The opportunity to focus on driving growth both in terms of volume and value for the retailer helping to connect online activity to offline measures, understanding different attribution techniques and modelling will be key to the success of this role and client. This individual will be responsible for connecting all the disciplines across our digital output and setting the agenda for this client and their future digital marketing roadmapone of the most exciting roles across Publicis Media given it’s breadth and depth of capability, testing, ambition and opportunity for growth.


The role is a key role within the team helping to drive the client and agency strategic visions and driving improvement in work by leading the innovation and strategy.

  • The role requires a blend of good communication skills, good Maths and English capabilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You will have extensive media and comms planning experience within a media agency, preferably working on a digital focused client.
  • You will be highly organised, able to be agile in your work and able to make your voice heard in meetings.
  • Strong experience in media strategy, planning, buying and activation in any domestic, preferably a similar role
  • Understanding of data driven marketing science, CRM, SEO and Digital Performance media
  • Understand the complexity’s between all channels and how they interlink – Be able to make recommendations cross platform
  • Interest in digital media, content strategy and measurement would be helpful • Strong communicator and team player
  • Good project coordination skills and ability to set and implement effective project plans and timelines
  • Problem solver who learns from mistakes and is looking for new approaches and solutions in addressing issues
  • Meaningful contributor to deliver best-in-class work to clients and teams
  • A hunger for data and consumer understanding and a thirst for innovation, driving the ability to discover and distil new opportunities into relevant, viable and actionable ideas and solutions that will deliver stronger communications for our clients.
