Job Introduction

This Senior Resourcing Advisor opportunity will be a crucial part of a high-performing team that delivers our talent acquisition strategy and acts as a trusted advisor to our stakeholders.

Role Responsibility

No two days are the same in our team, and the below list is in no way an exhaustive list of what you may end up working/delivering on:

  • Working with Hiring Managers to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a vacancy, from approval through until hiring and onboarding, all whilst providing a world-class service
  • Advising on and executing attractive and innovative sourcing campaigns, utilising social media, your own networks and creative advert copy (to name a few methods) to seek out the best diverse talent in the market
  • Providing the best candidate experience possible, with a high-touch and well informed approach to the “hot” candidate market will be paramount
  • Working with HR Business Partners to help deliver fair and competitive salary offers to both internal and external candidates, using your technology domain expertise
  • Produce insightful reporting to help stakeholders, support teams and your colleagues across BBC Resourcing & Talent to make informed talent decisions through TA data

The Ideal Candidate

Within Technology and Product, we’re competing in a very buoyant candidate market for the very best technology talent, of all kinds. You’ll need to be able to proactively headhunt, market-map and seek out the specialist and diverse skillsets we need. We’re especially interested if you regularly find and recruit software/systems professionals of all seniorities, stacks and types.

We’d love to see your experience in using data and reporting to make data-driven decisions that provide continuous improvement to attraction and selection strategies.

Stakeholder communication and relationship management are vital to the success of this opportunity. You will have worked across multiple business groups and areas, dealing with varying priorities and projects, whilst providing a world-class service to our business stakeholders and across the corporation.
