Skills for Care: do you pay for your own care or support?
Breakthrough UK – a disabled people’s organisation – and research company Ekosgen have been appointed by Skills for Care to undertake a national study with self-funders: disabled people who pay for their own care or support because they are not eligible for support via social services.
The research is needed to gather information about how self-funders pay for their care and the types of care and support services they receive.
This is an excellent opportunity to share your opinions and help inform government thinking. Every participant who speaks to the researchers face-to-face or by telephone will receive a £20 Marks & Spencer shopping voucher!
